Step 1: Set Up a New Listing
Start by creating a listing tied to a specific portfolio, property, or unit.
- Go to Listings.
- Click Set Up a New Listing.
- Select the Portfolio, Property, or Unit you want to list.
New listings are created as Unlisted by default.
Step 2: Add Property Photos
Photos help showcase your property and improve listing quality.
- Open the listing and click the Photos tab.
- Drag and drop your images into the upload area.
Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP
Maximum file size: 100 MB per image.
Step 3: Complete Required Listing Details
A listing must include a rent amount and description before it can be published.
- Look for the red reminder indicating missing fields.
- Click Edit Listing.
- Enter all required details:
- Rent amount
- Security deposit
- Lease start date
- Lease type (for example, 1 year)
Step 4: Describe the Property
Select the amenities and policies that apply to the unit.
- Choose applicable options under:
- Utilities
- Interior amenities
- Outdoor amenities
- Community amenities
- Set your Pet Policy (for example, pets allowed with a deposit).
Step 5: Generate a Listing Description with AI (Optional)
You can write your own description or let AI generate one based on your inputs.
- Under Description, select either:
- Manual entry, or
- Generate Listing with AI
When using AI generation, the system uses the details you entered, analyzes uploaded photos, and reviews the surrounding area. It produces both a full listing description and listing highlights (for example, "Sunset beach views").
Note: Regenerating the description replaces the previous version. Copy it elsewhere before regenerating if you want to keep it.
Step 6: Save and Publish the Listing
Once the listing is complete and ready to go live:
- Click Save Unit Listing.
- Click the checkmark next to the unit.
- Mark the listing as Listed and confirm.
Step 7: Confirm the Listing Is Live
Verify the listing is published and visible on your company website.
- Go to your Company Website.
- Click the Properties tab.
- Search for the unit.
The listing will now be visible to prospective tenants visiting your website.
